Leaving my pod behind to look for shelter, I discovered the towering remnants of some lost civilization. Massive painted structures resembling faces sat atop a crumbled pathway above the clouds. The ruins appeared unoccupied for a great length of time, save for the lifeforms that flew overhead. As I followed in their wake, I ventured forward full of amazement at the sheer size of the structure before me. Though nothing was familiar about this place, I hoped my memories would return, revealing why I was here. Would it be a vacant dwelling of some sort inside or was something lying in wait? The walk to the entrance point gave me pause, leading me to question the purpose of these constructs. They were certainly not used to harbor their creators, and if these were once hallowed grounds, those faiths had long been abandoned. I neared the entrance point and noticed a faint glow coming from deep within the ruins. Perhaps occupants still remained. Was it the architects, did they still live on this planet? Despite my fears, I ventured forth.
