Mark His Words

Posted on February 10, 2022 By Brad O'brien

It started, as all good ideas do, on a whim.

Having dipped his mishegas into the world of NFTs, Mark Cuban soon found himself reciting page after page of crypto laced ephemera sent to him by adoring fans.

One piece was a poem, seeming at first no different than the others, but on closer inspection, it was heavier than the rest. It was laden with the gravitas of PUNK. It spoke to the roots of the movement. Indeed, so deep did the undercurrents run through this poem that once it was blockchainized and released to the world, it was inevitable that it would be enshrined in song, sure to be sung by generations to come.
